Florida Will preparation from the comfort of your home includes:

You will receive a comprehensive estate planning consultation with Mark Perlman, a Florida-licensed attorney with more than 45 years’ experience, by telephone or video conference, to answer all your questions, provide legal advice, and collect all necessary information to determine the appropriate documents to transfer your assets on death in accordance with your wishes.

Attorney Mark Perlman will prepare a customized will, trust, or other legal documents written specifically for you to ensure that your wishes are correctly set forth and that your assets will be transferred to your intended beneficiaries.

Mr. Perlman will review the contents of the will or other documents by telephone or video conference to make sure that the document accomplishes your estate planning purposes, that you have a full understanding of the document and its legal effects, and to answer any additional questions that may arise after review of the will.

Mr. Perlman has been approved as a Remote online Notary Public by the State of Florida, Secretary of State, and can notarize your will from the location of your choice, including your own home. The lawful signing, witnessing, and notarization is assured to avoid the most common mistake resulting from do-it-yourself will packages.

In order to qualify for Remote Online Notary Services, it will be necessary for you to have access to a high-speed internet connection, Google Chrome or Firefox browser, a cellular telephone number (not VOIP), provide a copy of your state-issued driver’s license, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and to have a credit history with the major credit bureaus. The reason for the credit history information is to satisfy the Florida Statutes credential requirements. You will be required to correctly answer 4 out of 5 questions based on your credit history to establish your identity. If you can comply with these requirements, you are eligible to have your signature witnessed and notarized from the comfort of your home.
